My goal is to help you become a better cook, #EatOutAtHome more and show you how to host dinner parties that will literally CHANGE LIVES, like seriously. Just consider me your secret ingredient.
I started cooking when I was 6 years old. I know right??? It was crazy then too. I’ll tell you the entire story another time. I have always had a love for food and that led me to cooking my first Thanksgiving dinner for my family (all by myself) at age 12. By the time I was 15 years old, I was selling my home made pound cakes. But it would be over a a decade, (and two engineering degrees) later that I realized that I wanted to be in food as a career and as a lifestyle. After going to culinary school (savory and pastry), trying my hand at catering, being a personal and private chef, a pastry chef, doing meal planning and some culinary research and development, I found that I was most passionate about teaching others how to enjoy cooking. So now I spend my time teaching online cooking classes and sharing my tips and techniques on how to make cooking stress free to anyone who is willing to listen.
