If this sounds like a dream to you, then here is your opportunity to make that dream a reality. After teaching thousands of people how to cook over several years at gourmet retailers, specialty grocery and cookware stores, doing private lessons and public cooking demos, I have decided to share my love of cooking and teaching with anyone who is willing to learn. In my online cooking course “No Recipes Required”, I will show you the 7 basic cooking techniques every chefs uses to create amazing restaurant quality dishes at home.
Blogs and recipes sites are great for inspiration and most cooking videos online are 3-5 minutes. But rarely do they “Teach” you how to cook, they are just showing you WHAT they make. In each module of “No Recipes Required” you will learn the “WHY” and the “HOW” behind the what is happening. This gives you the knowledge and the courage to experiment with other foods, cuisines and recipes using the same techniques.
This program consist of 7 video cooking classes where you will see the techniques being demonstrated in real time.
The Orientation Bonus includes:
Almost 10 HOURS of video, course materials and more! Enjoy!
My goal is to help you become a better cook, #EatOutAtHome more and show you how to host dinner parties that will literally CHANGE LIVES, like seriously. Just consider me your secret ingredient.
I started cooking when I was 6 years old. I know right??? It was crazy then too. I’ll tell you the entire story another time. I have always had a love for food and that led me to cooking my first Thanksgiving dinner for my family (all by myself) at age 12. By the time I was 15 years old, I was selling my home made pound cakes. But it would be over a a decade, (and two engineering degrees) later that I realized that I wanted to be in food as a career and as a lifestyle. After going to culinary school (savory and pastry), trying my hand at catering, being a personal and private chef, a pastry chef, doing meal planning and some culinary research and development, I found that I was most passionate about teaching others how to enjoy cooking. So now I spend my time teaching online cooking classes and sharing my tips and techniques on how to make cooking stress free to anyone who is willing to listen.
